SoftLINK Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
In our ever changing technology-oriented world it only makes sense to keep your software licenses up to date. By
purchasing our SoftLINK Maintenance Agreement (SMA) you are ensuring your organization automatically receives the
newest version of SoftLINK. In addition to new releases, you will receive product enhancements, any fixes, toll-free
technical support and discounts towards future purchases.

ACS has an outstanding reputation for customer support. Our customers are our top priority here at ACS. For that reason,
we refuse to subject our customers to an automated phone system during our normal business hours (M-F, 8-5 EST). Each phone
call we receive is personally answered by one of our staff who in turn will transfer you immediately to a SoftLINK specialist.
Unlike other companies, ACS does not make you submit a support ticket. We realize that your time is valuable and we
immediately take the necessary steps to help you resolve your problem.

SoftLINK Maintenance Benefits
SoftLINK Maintenance Costs
Our SMA is an annual fee that amounts to 20% of the current purchase price per year. Up to three years can be acquired during the
initial purchase locking your SMA in at the current rate. By renewing your maintenance agreement annually, you will have the benefit
of knowing that all your workstations will be running the latest version of SoftLINK. This makes software management easier on your
IT staff and your trainers.

Renewing Your SMA
ACS makes renewing your SMA simple. You will receive a renewal notice via email approximately 60 to 90 days prior to your maintenance
agreement expiration date. If preferred, we will send you a notice via U.S.P.S. As a friendly reminder, you will receive a second
notice 30 days prior to expiration.
ACS accepts purchase orders, MasterCard and Visa for renewing your SMA. You may fax, mail, email or place your order via our toll-free
number (800-237-5465).
What if I don't purchase maintenance?
If you decide not to purchase our SMA with your initial SoftLINK licenses you will not receive any new releases, updates or fixes.
However, you will still receive our toll-free unprecedented technical support during our normal business hours (M-F, 8-5 EST).
You may purchase the SMA at anytime but update penalties will apply if the maintenance agreement is not purchased within 3 months
of the initial license purchase. It is in your best interest to purchase the SMA with your initial purchase, so no update penalties
will occur. Plus this keeps your license up-to-date and you will receive discounts towards future license purchases.
