Depending upon the scene, specific lighting may be incorporated to create shadows and light rays, which enhance the 3D effect. For example, small lights such as LEDs, may even be incorporated

within the individual bricks to create a specific scene. All lighting can be controlled by a computer and programmed to change in brightness, timing and color variations, leading to a 'live' affect of the scene.

ACS provides a 'turnkey' solution for anyone interested in creating a mural for their home or business. An ACS engineer, who is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the customer, monitors each creation closely.The project engineer works with the homeowner, sculptors, brick yard, carpenters and masons, ensuring timetables are met and quality standards are maintained.

Process

The project engineer will meet with every customer and learn of his/her intentions. Upon completion of a site survey, and the type of mural desired, the engineer will provide a cost estimate to the customer. After payment arrangements have been met, the project begins by meeting with the sculptors resulting in a preliminary design sketch.

Next comes the initial soft-brick sculpture and site preparation. As soon as the soft-sculpture is finished and approved by the customer, the bricks are 'fired & cured'. ACS will transport the bricks to the site and install the mural.

Depending upon the project size and content, start to finish time tables are difficult to establish. However, most projects will seldom exceed (4) months in duration.
