Standard
Warranty
The
Mobile LINK System is shipped with a standard (1)
year warranty on all parts and labor, repaired at
ACS facilities. Toll-free technical
support is provided from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F,
EST at no additional cost for the life of the product.
Shipping
the item to be repaired to ACS is the expense of the customer. Shipping
it to the customer is at the expense of ACS. ACS will return the
repaired or placement item with the same carrier (UPS, FED-X, Mail,
etc) and method (Overnight, 2nd day, GND, etc) as it was sent to
ACS. |

Extended
Warranty
A
fixed-cost extended warranty
can be purchased at time of purchase or later that covers all parts
and labor (same as the standard warranty). Extended warranties can
be renewed yearly for the life of the product. Ask our sales staff
for details.
ACS
will repair any of our products on a time
and material bases for the duration of the product
which will be at least (5) years from date of purchase. The cost
schedule is revised yearly.
