The all hardware 'Mobile' LINK System operates completely independent of your network. The real-time video (and optional audio system), keyboard/mouse control and the LINK Express response system use the ACS provided cable to carry the data signals.This dual-molded cable connects the 'Mobile' LINK System Controller to each student LINK Control Unit and continues on to the next student workstation. The cables are custom-cut to match your classroom design. The LINK System cable is included at no additional fee.

The hardware/software (hybrid) 'Mobile' LINK System uses hardware and the above mentioned dual cable for the real-time video (and optional audio system) and uses the existing LAN for keyboard/mouse control and the LINK Express response system.

The 'Mobile' LINK System is designed for various classroom configurations. So whether you have a U-shaped room or a room with several rows and aisles, the 'Mobile' LINK System can fit your classroom requirements.

When purchasing a 'Mobile' LINK System, you have a choice of installation procedures. ACS will install it for you, for an additional fee, or you can install it yourself.

If you elect ACS installation, a trained ACS technician will come to your site, install the 'Mobile' LINK System and train your personnel on operation and maintenance.

To install it yourself, simply read the supplied installation manual, follow the room diagram and cable tags. Of course, if you have any questions during installation, just call ACS and we will be ready to help you.
