Thank you for doing such a great job for us. The entire process, from the initial specs to the final installation was a breeze for us. And learning how to use the LINK System was easy with just a few minutes with Todd. Our instructors love the new LINK System.

We were looking for a management tool to enhance instruction and to allow the monitoring of students as they work. We tried several network systems but found the intensive graphic requirements of the cad and 3D solid modeling software made the video response too slow.I saw the LINK System used at a local college, that was all it took. I knew I had to have it! The ability to focus each student on their own screen during direct instruction is invaluable. The ability to take control of the student station from the teacher station is important. If a student has a question there is no need to go to that station. If you would like to use that student’s screen for helping or instructing other students you can transmit that individual student’s screen to all the other student stations. We have used the LINK System since 1999. Applied Computer Systems is excellent. Their customer service is second to none! They are prompt, and courteous. If you call with a problem, they will do whatever it takes to solve that problem.

We have used LINK Systems from Applied Computer Systems here at SUNY Oneonta for many years in several computer labs. They have had the desired effect of giving the instructor control of the student monitors, so the instructor can focus student attention where he or she wants it. The system is very intuitive to use and so, requires little to no training. These systems have been very dependable and for the few times we've needed it, ACS support has been very good. We are currently in the process of converting from the hardware based LINK systems to the ACS SoftLINK software based system and are having the same success with that.

Low resource demands, easily integrate into Active Directory. Great tool for getting important notifications right in front of staff when you need to.

We find Notify to be a cost-effective mature product. It has helped us save money and time, increase productivity and much more.

The LINK System is excellent, I could not function without it, especially for the primary grades. The feature that benefits me the most is to be able to control each individual computer and also to be able to demonstrate procedures to the class on their individual computer. I use the system all the time to show students how to do different projects step by step. One of the biggest benefits is it is much quicker to be at the computer and help students with questions than to walk around and help students.

We were delighted at the ease with which DNA and ServiceDesk integrated and complemented each other. DNA has gone a long way to helping us resolve issues quickly.

Our faculty wanted to have the options to blank, transmit or control student workstations. I would recommend any type of academic university needing this product to look no further.

We needed a way to effectively put information in front of our students and the LINK Projection System does that. Every student has a computer and the ability to broadcast directly to their screen instead of a projected image in the front of the room is awesome. For many students, having the information right in front of them is a much more effective tool than general classroom projection. It is also nice to have the ability to blank the computers so that students are not ‘surfing’ during instruction.

The LINK Systems are still going strong, and if asked, can highly recommend them. However, with our ever decreasing budgets, I doubt we'll be able to upgrade any time in the near future. The big problem with making a good product: They last too darn long!

Due to there being many automated processes within DNA, it really has saved the IT team a lot of time from device discovery to application monitoring and enterprise reporting, it has really improved our performance.
