    • Lock one or many students' keyboards and mice when instructing.

    Support Tool

    With the SoftLINK for Mac and iOS 'Support Tool' you can supply all the system data the technician needs to help diagnose and fix the problem. The Support Tool is a small utility installed on each machine. With one click the problem machine is interrogated and the system files, processes and log files are saved in a file that can be supplied to the IT technician.

    Wired and Wireless Support

    SoftLINK for Mac and iOS is fully optimized for use with both wired and wireless networks. The philosophy for managing computers in a wireless environment is to maximize performance without compromising the network or the devices servicing it.

    With that in mind, SoftLINK for Mac and iOS provides a specific low-bandwidth mode that allows data throughput to be matched to the wireless network and access point speeds when performing a real-time show to a class.
