Downloads and Evaluations
When requesting and downloading an evaluation of one of our products, we will ask you for your contact information. This contact information is used to provide you with important information regarding the evaluation of the product. This information is also passed to our sales team who will contact you to help answer any questions during your evaluation period
Business contacts
If you have made contact with us, or we have made contact with you, whether via social media or in person, we will add your name, company and contact details to our CRM along with relevant notes, such as details of discussions.
Support inquiries
Our support team will ask for your contact information if you have submitted a support request. The information you provide to our support team is used to provide you with updates regarding the support issue you raise
Subscriptions to Mailing lists
When you subscribe to our mailing list or you contact us via any of the above methods, we will keep you up-to-date and abreast of our products and offerings. You may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time
How we store your information
All information is stored in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and we ensure that only authorized members of our teams have access to your personal information
Who do we share with?
Applied Computer Systems, Inc. will never sell your information or share it with any third party. However, when necessary to fulfill requests that you have made for further information, we may pass your details onto local subsidiaries or other representatives of the company. We will also share your details with any government agency entitled to this information by law
