We've been using Manager with one of our customers and it's been reliable, resilient, and easy to use.

Notify works as advertised, easy to setup and support. It is used throughout the school for all manner of notifications, from everyday messages, to technical and alert messages.

It attests to the old adage, "build it, and they will come." We very much value it and it's an important part of our teaching in that lab. Several colleagues in our department use it. That lab is seen as real desirable, and has made many projects possible, besides our teaching. Don't know how we did without it. I'm thinking about putting some material about it up on my website, as I think it's really a cool set of tools for us. I remember your helpfulness and support, and have appreciated them very much.

DNA for us is used in a manner to keep staff more accountable for their usage of technology, which in turn means more time spent on work and less time spent surfing the web.

The system is extremely easy to use and train staff on the ability to send alerts. Having the option to schedule the delivery of the messages is great as well.

Yes all is well with the LINK System. It is the best teaching tool I have ever used. We have new SmartBoards in our classrooms but one of my students just yesterday said they prefer the LINK System for my demonstrations. I agree.

We have the ability to see exactly where all our PCs are - and with DNA pro-actively finding new devices on the network, it has been a real time saver.

Due to there being many automated processes within DNA, it really has saved the IT team a lot of time from device discovery to application monitoring and enterprise reporting, it has really improved our performance.

The LINK System is ergonomically beneficial to all the students, an exciting and fun delivery of content, eliminates “bad seat” conditions, and is beneficial to instructor’s time and amount of content to be delivered. We chose Notify as it fits the bill entirely, allowing us to distribute the console to several departments who can send targeted notifications with different priority levels.

We currently use Notify and have done for a number of years now. It was a great find after we moved from a previous solution. It has been used during critical outages and planned downtime to inform our 6000+ users instantly.

It is a great way to notify users of system issues and know that you have got direct visibility on their screens. We previously used e-mail to send alerts, but we were not always sure users read them in a timely manner, not to mention the extra workload on the e-mail system.

We were looking for a management tool to enhance instruction and to allow the monitoring of students as they work. We tried several network systems but found the intensive graphic requirements of the cad and 3D solid modeling software made the video response too slow.I saw the LINK System used at a local college, that was all it took. I knew I had to have it! The ability to focus each student on their own screen during direct instruction is invaluable. The ability to take control of the student station from the teacher station is important. If a student has a question there is no need to go to that station. If you would like to use that student’s screen for helping or instructing other students you can transmit that individual student’s screen to all the other student stations. We have used the LINK System since 1999. Applied Computer Systems is excellent. Their customer service is second to none! They are prompt, and courteous. If you call with a problem, they will do whatever it takes to solve that problem.

DNA has transformed the IT support, allowing speedy remote access, particularly helpful working on a 110 acre site.
